Our assessment tools are based on scientific, validation studies developed by our partner, Profiles International.  The tools we use include one-on-one employee interviews, web-based assessments, as well as skill tests which result in a quantitative and qualitative assessment of an individual’s performance match.

This multi-faceted approach allows us to get an accurate measurement of performance potential such as:
