We next conduct a organization-wide personnel assessment in order to evaluate both incumbent and potentials leaders within your organization. This can be done through a ‘PXT’ survey or personal interviews. With evaluations complete, we create a ‘Succession Report’ that 1) identifies both strengths and gaps in your future leadership talent pool and; 2) provides specific recommendations on who can potentially fill those gaps and how to improve your overall leadership bench strength.
