The PXT® assessment measures how well an individual fits – or can fit – within your organization. The “job matching” feature of the PXT is unique, and it enables you to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to successfully perform in a specific job – either one they now hold or one you are considering for that individual in the future (transfer, promotion or new hire). The Profile XT® assessment can also provide a great depth of behavioral information about each member of your team and how they relate to one another in terms of contribution and compatibility. That’s why SPS has developed an integrated Team Report that delivers valuable information about how you and your team can work together to achieve both team and organizational goals. Once team members complete our comprehensive online assessment, the data is aggregated and displayed in a simple format that allows you to visually see each member’s score relative to the other. You can then use this report as a coaching tool to address inefficiencies, compensate for weaknesses and maximize your team’s strengths. Ultimately this unique team analysis will help you to better manage and develop your team as a whole.
